Flex Door

LIVITE Flex Door Material for made industrial door which is commonly used for logistic warehouse, supermarkets, storage, production workshop, and other places.  LIVITE Flex Door Material is a kind of PVC Coated Fabric produce by semi-coated machine with high strength scrim reinforced. Scrim is warp knitted fabric or woven fabric which can be made out of fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination. LIVITE Flex Door Material is a special material with excellent durability,tearing strength, tensile strength, water proof,  wind resistant, flame retardant, mildew resistant, abrasion resistant.

.The material is rolled onto a cardboard core and then protect by a layer of kraft paper .The width of LIVITE Flex Door Material is from 1.02 m up to 3.2m. Color can be customized according to customers' requirement. Different embossing roller can give the fabric different surface style, for example: glossy, matte, or embossed pattern. We can produce many kinds of PVC laminated fabric and PVC coated fabric , for its good flexibility, excellent tensile strength and tear strength we can develop all kinds of durable PVC fabrics for different applications.
